Hello, my name is Michael Stevens, and it is with much pride that I am able to serve the communities of southern Dale County as the principal of South Dale Middle School. This year will be my 18th year in education, serving in various roles such as paraprofessional, teacher, coach, and assistant principal. I most recently served as Assistant Principal at Rehobeth Elementary School. I have recently completed my Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from AUM, and hold both Bachelors and Masters degrees from Troy University.

What gives me the most pride of getting to serve as principal of South Dale is the fact that this is where I went to school. I attended Midland City Elementary, South Dale, and graduated from Dale County High School in 2003. Me and my wife, Alana, have one daughter, Perri Ann. We live in the Echo community of Dale County. We are so proud to be back home, and have the opportunity to serve this community.
